I've been at the Parachute Factory for a little over 6 months now and I love it! All of the people (tenants AND staff) are great! Me and my dogs really feel welcome. I'm not sure why some crybabies would try to "sneak" animals into their apartments - then get mad when they get caught, or pay their rent late and spout off here on the message boards when they get charged a late fee.

I pay my rent on time.
I pay for my animals.
I have no problems.

I LOVE River City!!!

Don't be too hard on the folks over at River City. The median IQ over there is about 70. We can complain, we can try to work with them, but one fact remains. You can't fix stupid. No matter what happens, these people will always be dumb as a box of donuts. And donuts are good for one thing. Eatin'. Mmmmm, donuts.

We do pay our rent, thank you. What's your excuse for not fixing our maintenance problems? What's your excuse that when I called about a mouse problem, you did nothing about, and until after I pestered you about it, you finally had someone call me, set up a time, and then THEY STOOD ME UP!?! And then, after I called and told you I wasn't happy about being stood up, you said "Well, you can come down to our office and pick up some mouse traps", which basically consisted of a bag of steel wool. Really? Really now? Grow up - get some manners - be a GOOD rental company. Ethics are on sale at WalMart for $9.99.
