I've read the back and fourth on this site- and all I can say is this- I live at the Parachute Factory and I LOVE it.

MOST of the problems listed (pet waste, noise, etc.) are the fault of the TENANTS - no River City. In fact, when River City takes action against these bad neighbors, that's when the "ratings" on this site go down. Nonsense. River City Real Estate - and the Parachute Factory in particular, is the BEST VALUE in the Richmond area. I pay less than $900 a month (plus $35 for my dog) and I get a GIANT apartment with hardwood floors, exposed brick, in-room laundry and off-street parking! I LOVE IT!

river city blows. I recommend you rent elswhere... just read on. You'll gain quite a bit of insight as to how this company views its tenants...

Thinking of renting here...don't...looks great especially M-F when everyones at work. Visit on the week-end / evenings..
