I moved into the Parachute Factory back in July and I cannot tell you how happy I am to be here! The location (downtown in the warehouse/Manchester district) is GREAT. I can hop on to I-95 (north or sout) at the next block down and I can drive three blocks to the Manchester Bridge. I've got a GREAT view of the City from my kitchen window and at night (especially during the holidays when all the lights are decorating) its spectacular!

Oh yeah? How goes the bullet-dodging? Because River City has actually depreciated the value of the area, and made that part of the city a worse place to live. Slumlords.

River City Folks - for the love of god, stop copying and pasting the same ads over and over! It's really pathetic and makes you look even more stupid than you already are. It's absolutely unnecessary. Those of us who are living in your apartments are freaking out over our security deposits and such - stop it. It's bad business practice.
