If you actually read the ramblings on this site from disgruntled tenants or the group of misfits known as the "River City Residents Association", you'll see that their biggest complaints are:

-Pet droppings (left by BAD TENANTS)
-Noisy neighbors (again, BAD TENANTS)
-Pet fees (that they agreed to pay, but don't like paying when they get caught)

But, that won't stop some morons from simply yapping away on an internet message board. Go look at the RCRA's website- They have a handful of members that consist of former tenants, EVICTED tenants, and soon to be ex-tenants. Yet, these losers spend their own time and money complaining about things that are CAUSED BY TENANTS!

Maybe they should "incorporate" the "River City I Hate My Fellow Tenant Association". They'd be just as successful.

I'm not part of this River City Resident's Association, or whatever that is, and happen to be a current tenant. I personally take offense to the thought that River City Real Estate thinks we're losers. You might want to reconsider what you say in a public forum, folks. We pay your bills, so I suggest you be gracious and kind to the hand that feeds you.

I am so glad I saw this. I would NEVER even bother to go see this place after seeing the lack of concern regarding the residents. I will make sure anyone I know looking for an apartment reads this. It seems as though this place nees to be hit hard where it counts the most, in the wallet.
