This is the best apartment I've lived in yet. You get a lot of square footage for the price and the location is perfect - grocery, pharmacy, restraunts and coffee shops all within a few blocks. If you're looking to save money on gas, there is a bus stop right across the street. The neighborhood is much quieter than our previous place in the Fan.

There are bugs, but not many and you're bound to find a few in any apartment complex. If you notify the office they will come and spray within a day or two. We saw a roach in our apartment in the first week after moving in, they came and sprayed and we haven't seen one in the last 14 months that we've lived here. I have never seen a mouse and we live on the first floor with a patio.

Sometimes you can hear the neighbors if they have the music up, but most people go out on nights and weekends- so the building stays pretty quiet. All in all, I highly recommend renting here!
