The buildings are in a great location. But price for rent is rising and no renovations have been made since the 80's. Parking fees are now being enforced and spaces are limited. Tenants that originally signed the lease in part due to free parking will now have to suffer a monthly fee that was not expected. How is this permitted'

Wow! This is really something i'm glad to see that some tenants have placed reviews on apts. I'm looking for an apt to move into and these ratings and reviews really help me with my choices.
