New Management has ruined my home

I have enjoyed my apartment here for the last two years, but the new management have completely changed my feelings about my home. Finding a space is starting to run my life. I avoid taking the car out unless I'll be returning mid-day. The lot on Main Street was closed without notice, I had to call the office to find out I could now be towed for leaving my car there.
I just got my notice for renewing, and then rent is going up over 10%. I have the option of a 7 month lease (yes 7, not 6) for an extra $25/month. Even though I've been here 2 years the month-to-month fee is $100/month. On top of the new monthly pet fee, the parking fee ($35-$45 per car per month), and dealing with the surly new office staff, they keep taking away services like the pet-sitting. I can't wrap my mind around paying more and more when they keep giving me less.
The office staff is impossible, whether you have a question about their convoluted new policies or are just picking up a package. We used to be able to walk into a mail room and sign out things ourselves, now we have to wait for one of them to appear and check in the back for us. They put package notifications in my mailbox only about 30% of the time. All I have to do to get my package is give them my apartment number- If they aren't going to get any more information than that, why not leave them in the mailroom as before'
I discovered this site while looking for somewhere to move as soon as possible, and couldn't leave without sharing my bitter disappointment with the situation.
