I agree with all past reviewers! They are upping the rent and starting to charge a monthly pet fee which they didn't before. Parking is HORRENDOUS. If you work at the hospital you have to pay 40$ or more a month to park there and then another 35-45$ to park where you live, it's awful. We moved in the middle of may 2007 and there was NO mention of the possibility of a monthly parking fee, we really feel taken advantage of. The agent even insinuated that there would never be reason for a parking fee. The place is old and the appliances out of date and barely functional at best...we are on our 3rd refrigerator(which is not new but taken from a different apartment as seen by the bumper stickers stuck to the side....not ours). Our drains get backed up all the time and every time it rains we get big water spots on the ceiling, sometimes enough to start dripping on the carpet(which probably hasn't been replaced in YEARS). I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get ripped off. It was great for a short time but as of late, it has gonen downhill fast and we are READY to move. They left notices and called repeatedly to say that we didn't pay a pet fee but we had the sheet that, written by them, showed that we HAD to pay the pet fee to even get our keys. I spent a month calling and going into the office with bank statements and THEIR OWN paperwork to prove we'd paid it. Finally after the agent(who was never around when I went to the office) called to tell us that yes we did pay it....Right, like I told them.

This review is dead on. I moved in last summer and management actually stated in writing that we would not have to pay for parking. When they started to charge for parking and I called management's attention to their promise they said "that's not legally binding." Un-f**king believable!
