I am a military veteran and have never been treated so horribly by anyone as bad as the management here is. I have a disability that has been documented by medical personnel and the complex continues to discriminate against me for this matter. I have received several letters from their legal practice as well. In addition, I recently experienced on of the ACTUAL FIRES in the complex, since the alarms go off one a week, you never know if something is real or not. As a result of this, the fire dept had an inspector come out and said the fire was caused by the washing machine supplied by the complex, the apartmen comeplex had a personal investigator come and inspect and not FOREST CITY, the company that owns this complex is trying to collect damages from me. BETTER HAVE GREAT INSURANCE to live here, medical and renters! ALOT OF UNNORMAL COST arrise from these people! I had read every bad reveiew here and TRUST ME! THEY ARE ALL TRUE! Horrible people!

You know, this must be a plague of downtown because we're having the same sorts of problems with River City Real Estate. Buyer Beware, no need to get burned (pardon the pun) a second time. Best of luck to you and thanks for the review, certainly saved me the trouble.

It's true, the fire alarms go off for no reason all the time. Once, the false alarms caused the sprinkler system to go off, damaging several apartments. Yes, make sure you have renter's insurance for this place!
