The townhouse is pretty good. I moved in almost a year ago and have not had any problems yet. The parking is good, neighbors do not seem to say much and there is not a lot of kids running around(well the area where i live). The only concern i have is that the lights flicker sometimes, i have seen some sparks come out of the sockets when unplugging a appliance once or twice and the A/C doesnt seem to reach all the way upstairs. A good thing i like is that the walls are concrete and u cant hear your neighbors. The maintenance crew is pretty fast at fixing my problems. All in all i would give it a good rating, decent place to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I too have been there a year. I am 60 years old and I live on the side the kids live on and it has been hell for me get to asleep and stay asleep. Children cursing and horseplaying in front of my kitchen window. I use to love to cook and Catering is my part-time job. Not only the children but trash dumpsters in front of my door. 12 On your Side have been there and Henrico county for the cleanup of the dumpsters. They always find a loop hole that makes them not liable for things. Would not recommend to an enemy. My lease is up in August.
