I have been here for almost a year now. These are old apartments, according to the management about 10-12 years but looks like 20-25 years.Your nightmare starts when something breaks down. They take weeks to get back to you, and if you try to remind them, no opplogies, instead they will tell you that the maintenance guys are too busy and when it will be your turn they will come to you. This gives you a fair idea about the apartments condition because "maintenance guys are too busy". It will be almost a month next week for my maintenace complaints and no response yet. If you plan moving here, be prepared to go through this, also make sure you inspect the apartment thoroughly before you take over, not after you move in.
