We lived here for a year. Whenever something was voiced to the current management, there was the courteous nod and the competant scribble on the paper, but after that, nothing was done. Frickin' saving face is not the way to keep tenants.
Management scheduled 2 walk throughs, and failed to show up for either one. Contractors were scheduled to do work and never showed up on the date(s) management dictated. Our washer had one cycle for 8 months, it was supposed to be replaced after the 2nd month. The garbage is strewn everywhere, and management makes no effort to clean it up despite living onsite. Don't waste time with this complex.
