I have lived at the Timbers for only two years but it is going down hill and fast. I'm disappointed that I pay almost a $1000 a month and the trash area is usually one big pile because the trash compactor is either full or broken and you can smell it from any apartment. I'm disappointed my refridgerater door has been broken for 4 months and I'm getting ready to move out and it won't be fixed before I leave. The management changed at the beginning of the year and since then the staff has been unhelpful, inconsiderate, and incompetant. Anytime I've had a question I have to hunt one of them down because they are usually outside by the pool smoking. My air conditioner has been broken 7 times since we've lived here and several of those were in the same day because they can never seem to fix things right the first time. When we first moved in, we had a bad roof so every time it rained water ran down the wall in the first bedroom. When the maintenance actually does come to your house, they don't clean up after them selves. My roommates tires were slashed 2 weeks in a row. The outside lights don't work most of the time. Parking is a nightmare if you work at any time other than 9-5. I would not recommend this apartment to any one. Its over priced for as little service as you get.
