Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
management downhill in recent years but grounds are still kept up pretty well, management a little pushy at times and occasionally allow rules to be broken (like dump trucks owned by residents to be parked in front of picture windows - a little aesthetically displeasing but it seems they remedied that a little).
Units themselves are high quality. BNP could use a little lesson in manners, that's all.
