First my move in date was pushed back 3 days because "the new carpet had not been put in"
The counters and cabinets were suppose to be re-done, took 2 days for the counters and the cabinets still have not been redone its been 4 1/2 months! The apartment i was shown was very nice up-to-date, signed my lease, got to my apartment, 1970 appliances. The oven takes about 20 minutes longer than it should to cook, we had a thermostat calibrated 3 times, dishwasher has broken countless times. 2 fires now in 6 weeks, still don't know the cause, pet fee is $350 nonrefundable plus a pet rent of $15 per pet. The staff is nice to your face but you have to badger them to death. There is always some time off construction going on that takes triple the time they say it will, and then they do it half-*ss, if they even finish it. For the outrageous price, you could get something a lot nicer
