Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I had to keep calling for 2 weeks for them to replace a light in the master bedroom closet. After 2 weeks my husband actually had to go to the office and ask for the light to fix it himself!!!!!
Our smoke alarm has been beeping non-stop for six days with NO response. After finally calling to get nasty with the office they claimed it should be fixed within the next 24 hours because it is a "safety hours". Lo and behold 24 hours later NOTHING has been fixed. The new management, BABCOCK & BROWN RESIDENTIAL is TERRIBLE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
