Well, lets see where should I start first. My husband an I relocated here in Aug 06 an I myself was 4 months pregnant at the time. Within a month of moving in our apartment our refrigerator was broken and we were promised a new one which we never got. 3 months later our heat stops working in the middle of winter. Maintenance comes a total of 3 times before they realize they cannot fix the problem and calls a professional in. So for almost 2 months I am literally freezing and uncomfortable 8 months pregnant. I report to management I can smell something not quite right when the heat comes on finally they did nothing. 1 month later my apartment building including my apartment is on fire while I am asleep on the couch in my front room. Not 1 fire alarm went off during the entire time the apartments are burning nor did the sprinklers work. I was actually awakened by the sound of a neighbor who knew that I was alone asleep because my husband works third shift. I barely escaped with my life and my unborn baby. They quickly move us into another unit and we have to start a new lease because I had no time to look for somewhere else to live being that I would deliver in about 2 weeks and we had lost about 75% of our things. The new place is worse it had appliances that were old and did not match. Also the electrical outlets had excess exsposed space around it, stains in the carpet. Impossible to heat and cool properly being that we had vaulted ceilings. That summer squirrels had gotten stuck inside the walls of my daughters nursery and died. The stinch was horrible. I can not count how many times we had to call maintenance before they would open up the wall to correct the situation. They opened and closed the wall twice before removing a total of 3 large squirrels and babies. This took almost 3 months leaving the room unfit to live in. They even left the walls open for almost 7 weeks. Then the room was consumed with flies. Management was so rude and acted as if we were the ones who were unreasonable because we actually expected them to do there jobs. Whe had to constantly call management to find out what if anything was going to be done to speed up the process. The downstairs tenants sounded like they were in the next room with there loud music and fights. Not to mention all the cigarette butts that cover the stairways. By the way they actually had the nerve to blame the previous fire on a cigarette butt that may have been left in a bag of trash on the stairway by a neighbor. If a cig in a trash bag can do that kind of damage, why would allow people to continue smoking in the stairways. The office staff never knows whats going on, every one always has a different story and answer for everything. Management/Office staff has changed a total of 9 times in the 2 years I've been here. I could go on forever...

Get out as soon as you can! That place is horrible! We got out of there ASAP and we're much happier. Good luck and I feel your pain

OMG, I use to live there too (see my review about the weed smoking) and they had two fires during that time as well. Get the f**k out of there and sue them. That place should be shut down. No one I knew that lived there were happy. Since then I have only rented condos off of craigslist because Managed Apts suck in general.
