When I moved in more than a decade ago, there was no building security, and the front doors had no lock. The building has changed names several times, and each change in management has improved the building.

Love it but the walls are thin and neighbors above me are terrible but if you have good neighbors its all good. Apartments are beautiful and a great size, building is clean, staff is polite and friendly.

Outstanding staff and I adore my apartment, it's beautiful and spacious. Friendly neighborhood as well. Noise is to be expected as my ceiling is my neighbor's floor. The exposed brick is worth it. It's a beautiful old building.

The Hudson is a great place to live for a college student or even a family. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and have a unique style. It is placed in a decent area and is accessible to many things. Would highly recommend.

I like living in a community where the staff is prompt and responsive to my requests. The rental rates are very competitive and you definitely get a good deal on the apartments. The area is quickly building up as a thriving dining community.

While the leasing team is great, my issues lie within the unit its self. Upon cleaning we have found black and mild buds under cabinets, gnat issue, apartment was not cleaned well before our move in. We still do not have access to our mailbox.

The place is nasty. The common areas are not clean. The floors are not swept and mopped daily. There was a dirt pile in the same spot for a week on the 4th floor. The floors are not being cleaned daily.

Really like living at the Hudson. Would like the elevators to be cleaned better. Would like the pool and pool area to be cleaned better to include the bird poop! But overall I've enjoyed my residence here!

It was great until i ended my lease to move. Constant rent increase and given a hard time with moving out. Then the Everett st lobby is always dirty with food or pet feces/urine everywhere . The front door is always broke.
