This is the worst place to live. They will not exterminate your apartment unless they see hundreds of roaches running around. Maintenance suck and they are creepy. I hate it when they come to my apartment. I always feel like they have been into something. The manager, her name is ----, is a real b##tch. What does ---- do' You have several men living and lurking around. I'm afraid to send my child outside without supervision. Please run, not walk. When my lease is up, I'm gone

THEY MAY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT BUT THEY ARE STILL THE SAME OLD CRUMMY LANDLORDS,FROM 98-05 I LIVED THERE AND THER WAS A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AT LEAST 3 TIMES,MAINTAINENCE IS A JOKE AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN,THEY FIX NOTHING AND ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING,YOU ARE BETTER OFF HAVING SOMEONE FROM THE OUTSIDE COME IN,WE HAD A LEAK IN MY KIDS ROOM ON ROOF FROM WHEN ONE OF THE STORMS HIT AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED RIGHT,THEY CAME IN AND WIPED THE MOLD THAT WAS GROWING ON THE CEILING AND THE WALLS WITH SOME CLEANING SPRAY AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO COME IN AND PAINT THE AREA,WITHOUT FIXING THE ROOF FIRST,NEEDLESS TO SAY THE LEAK WAS STILL THERE,WHEN THE STORM GASTON HIT AND THE HOUSING INSPECTORS AND INSURANCE AGENTS CAME TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM TO NO SURPRIZE THERE WAS A HUGE HOLE IN THE ROOF THAT WAS THERE AND COULD HAVE FALLEN IN ON MY KIDS AT ANYTIME THANK GOD IT DIDN'T,THIS IS NOT A PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE, ALTHOUGH IT WAS VERY VERY CHEAP, IT'S NOT WORTH IT,ITS BETTER TO PAY MORE MONEY AND HAVE PIECE OF MIND. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
