Not Bad! Not Bad at all!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I was very cautious before deciding to live here after hearing horror stories, but I was low on money and in school full time with a child, I had no choice but to take advantage of the very low cost of the monthly rent. Fortunatly, I have had nothing but good experiences here. The manager is always available and extremely helpful in a few minor situations I dealt with. The place could have more lighting, but I have found the other neighbors to be very pleasant that live around me. It is definatly the place to be if you are looking for an affordable rental payment. I also love the platform tennis and dry sauna! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
