OKay so the people that lived above me like to pour grease down their kitchen sink drain, but because of the way the apartments are set up it clogged my kitchen sink drain and during the night the sink backed up and overflowed with the greasy nastiness that was the in the pipes. It took the wet vac guy four days to come wet vac, and by then it had all dried into the carpet they installed into the kitchens. Also while I was there the police chased some tenants that were dealing drugs and then running around the apartment complex with guns. The fitness center is a joke, none of the equipment works and it smells awful in there. The shuttle bus is a joke as well. Its the most inconvenient way to get to school, never on time, and it only comes once an hour. Please don't move there. There are such better places for cheaper. Oh yeah there were also several fires there when I lived there. And if one place catches on fire all the ones next to it do as well.
