I have lived in treehouse for 2 1/2 years. After reading all the previous reveiws, I can say I understand how they feel. But, I have not dealt with any of those things. No one messes with me I mostly keep to myself here. My apt has never been broken into nor my car. I have heard of shootings and fires but never have witnessed any. I think their are certain buildings that just have bad people. The people on my floor all speak and are nice. Parking is bad if you come home after 9 I have to park across the street in front of buildings sometime its pretty annoying. The maintanence does suck, I haven't had a back screen door in months. The staff is pretty rude but you really dont have to deal with them just drop your rent off and leave. The whole thin walls thing is annoying when you have bad neighbors lucky all my inconsiderate neighbors have been evicted. So just some food for thought. I wouldn't recommend this place though because for the price you can find something nicer. I just stuck around b/c I hate packing and moving. Don't let them suck you in with the free rent thing. That's how they got me. I will not be renewing my lease next year.
