2. Gunshots through the night
3. Mean unprofessional staff
4. Bad unsupervised kids running loose
5. Vandalism
6. Robberies
7. Loud music
8. Thin Walls
9. No security
10. Drugs everywhere
11. Trash everywhere
12. Dog crap everywhere
