I have been here 9 years. Risa was a very aggressive manager, kristen is an on the ball beauty, and the residents have children. The complex is 30 years old, and has the best scenic grounds in Schaumburg. Yes it is an apartment, thin walls, oler appliences, unless you ask for new ones, and an infulx of Section 8 people. The kids, albeit abundant, and poliete, if obnoxious, and there is a large group of people who have resided here for years. Bad managment doesnt stay. Great locatiton. Very few apartments have viewless views, so people cannot spy on you. The police make a patrol here prequently, and the rent a cops are here at ramdom. For the money is it fine........otherwise buy a $600,000 home next door.
