Dont ever consider living here. Dosent matter the price. Its not worth it. I have lived here 8 months, and are going to break the lease this week. Iv had 3 police reports in that time. The mgnt dosent care about you. Nor will they fix anything properly. There are 2 major gangs here, many guns shots at night. and pet restriction, ha... thats a joke, iv seen many pit bulls and other agressive breeds. It also seems that people around here dont understand what a restroom is, as many residents just like to do their business off the balcony or squat in the woods. Also, trash cans must be a new item to these people since apparently it means to throw it in the parking lot or in the woods. Finally the pool is nice, if you like to swim w/ other peoples dogs. I can only say 1 good things about this property, they have speed bumps(this gives you a lil estra time to get away from the gangs cause their broke ### cars cant go over them. If you have to live here, make sure you are protected well, and are not afraid of constant gun fire and fights
