This was the worst decision of my entire life! they bring you in during the day and show you the seemingly lovely apartments and tell you they will give you a special move in discount. You think your just lucky...but really they have to make it so cheap for people to actually move in. After dark and behind the scenes it is a totally different story! this place turns into a mini ghetto where there is drug deals happening in broad daylight off of balconies, my neighbor was stabbed by his girlfriend, my car was stolen and after reporting it to the office they apologized and sent me on my way. I found out later after calling the crime alerts that there had been several cars in the previous weeks stolen and no notification of these instances were sent out to the tenents until i raised hell. I was also forced to transfer apartments due to the infestation of roaches which also required me to leave many of my belongings behind because of the chance of roach eggs being brought with me into my new apartment. After 4 months of cleaning out my cabinets twice a week and taking my dog somewhere so they could spray...and informing you that after they spray you are responsible for picking up the dozens of dead roaches so the eggs dont hatch....the problem just didnt go away! On top of that when they were showing me my transfer apartment they did not even take the time to make sure all the shells of dead roaches were wiped off the counter and in the bathroom! Many days when pulling into the complex you have to wait or be routed a different way due to the cop cars blocking roads due to the high violence and crime in the area. There was a deadly stabbing where the body was left laying on the ground for hours, constant gunfire, a drive by where the shooter shot up 3-4 apartments for no reason where kids could be living. Even if you keep to yourself like i did there is always a chance of a stray bullet coming through your window. This was absolutley the worst experience of my life and i pray to god no one is forced to live here! dont let the cheap rent fool you! you will pay 10 times over by the time you leave!
