I lived in Treehouse with my family for a year and there were roaches in the apartment as soon as we moved in. There was a stabbing, cars being broken into and whenever school was out for a holiday or a break, there was always a fight in the hallway.
The staff was okay but were a bit fickle. They advised no pit bulls but everywhere you looked, there they were.
I paid a bit more in rent than others because I had a w/d in the apartment and talk about a nightmare. The thing leaked constantly.
Parking was a joke. They gave stickers for tenants to place on their cars so they would know who lived there and who didn't. Didn't make a bit of difference.

Well probably thanks to you and other persons who complained about parking has been resolved because now there is a new parking rules where you have to bring a registeration card to get a sticker for your car and your guest has to have a temp parking sticker and park in visitor parking if not your cars are towed and it costs $125 to get it out. If you don't know who the pit bull belongs too then what can the rental office really do about the pit bull except call animal control, but if you told them who it belongs too then they can reslove the pit bull issue because they are not allowed in the apartments in treehouse or colonial.

They have been informed on whom the pit bull belongs to. And they have done nothing other than went around and handed out the pet rules. Eventhough we all have them in the handbook. The pit bull still roams with out a leash. One night I saw it on a leash for the first time ever with its owner. But have since still saw it during the DAY time running around without a leash. Treehouse has been made aware- and residents have called animal control. And animal control never came out either. Treehouse doesn't care & animal control doesn't care. I personally didn't complain about parking. Despite the new rules I still can't find a decent place to park when I come home at night. And I think the parking rules are too harsh. And treehouse has bigger issues to worry about other than parking. I think you pay rent- you are entitled to have visitors overnight without having to inform Treehouse. I think they should have just designated visitor parking; like most apt complexes. But Treehouse does things differently. By the way I just wanted to add that Maintenance continues to do a poor job.
