This complex needs to condemned. I have roaches, ants, and nasty slugs in my apartment. I have had to buy my own pesticides to kill them. The maintenance department is the worst. They won t fix my dishwasher, my shower is leaking, none of the windows in my bedrooms will open, my a/c half way works, and almost everything else is messed up. The mold in this apartment is horrible to. The bad thing is, these problems have been going on for over 6 months. When I asked the maintenance manager to fix my dishwasher he said It s better not to use you dishwasher it will save on your electric bill.

The staff isn t any help either. Somebody broke into my car, stole my radio, and then they stole my parking sticker. I did even know this happened until the next day I woke up and my car was missing. They towed my car for not having a sticker and the no good office manager said it was nothing she could do. So I had to pay over $200 just to get my car back. Then the bad kids that are outside throwing rocks at cars and riding there bikes in the middle of the road are driving me crazy. The kids will stay out past 11pm. It s like their parents have no control over them.

This apartment complex lies about everything. They don t have a gym that you can use (they been fixing it for the past 2 years!!!). They don t have washers or dryers in the apartments. They said they will only install them into the apartments for new residents only. So I transferred to another apartment that s supposed to have one but didn t. This has been the worst renting experience I have ever gone through. Hope the pictures will help!!

I see your pictures and I believe you should fwd them to the health dept. I thought my apt was bad at treehouse but yours is even worse. I feel you about the filters- they do not care about changing those at all. Mine looked a bit worse than yours. But that mold can be hazardous to your health- tell the health dept and get out of your lease.

oh I'm moving asap. I have really bad allergies. The doctors tell me its my apartment making me sick from the mold and dust.

hello im glad that these reviews are up her because my roommate and I were considering moving into this complex but we are thinking twice about it now that we have read these reviews. So thank you for being honest it helped a lot.
