Staff is unreliable!

The apartment is good inside and the location too, but the staff is unprepared and acts with prejudice with the foreign residents (what is strange if you consider almost every resident there is foreign). They give you one information, then they say an opposite information and then they say that you misunderstood. For example: - When I moved in,they asked me $250 as deposit, I paid. Two days after, they asked to pay more $450 because the deposit was $700. - One month they say you can pay in advance, in other month they say you can't pay in advance - They charge for any card you need (to laundry, to enter the building) but improprely they gave me two laundry cards without notice. - The maintanence of the building is terrible, the elevators are old and problematic, the hall sometimes is dirty. - The deposit is returned after one month you move out, even so if you do a vistory to moving out together (which means they can charge what they want and not what was decided during the vistory). A question: if you were out of U.S. (you returned to ypur country), how can you discuss the value they returned to you' You can't. Take care with the staff, and I suggest you to avoid the place.
