I currently live in the Westmoreland Square area and I must say that I am VERY disappointed. I can not wait until Spring so that I can more. If I knew what I know now I would not have moved here. The walls are VERY thin that I can hear my neighbors conversations and they can hear mines. The set up sucks (for 1 bedroom) and outdated. The only good part is that majority neighbors stay to themselves as I do. I do not and would not recommend these apartment or company to anyone. Also the amount of rent monthly is high and not even worth it.

I'm a resident at the Three Chopt apartments and I like it here! Yes the walls are thin but my neighbors are very respectful. It is a very quiet community and not a lot of turnover with residents. The maintnence crew is very knowledgable and comes in a timely manor. In comparison with other newer apartments in the richmond area I decided to move here because I knew it was a safe place that all of your neighbors treat you like family. I'm very happy here and I intend to stay here for a long time. Pet friendly and great office staff! A
