Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
These apartments are falling apart. If you want 30 year-old appliances, furnace, a/c and water heater; to hear your neighbors and your neighbor's neighbors; twelve layers of paper thin linoleum in the kitchen and baths; holes/sags in the subflooring; mold; trash every where; peeling wood floors and paint; to pay an extra $30 per month for a 20 year old dishwasher; to pay an extra $35 per month for a 20 year old washer-dryer set; dripping faucets all around...then these apartments are for you. Maintenace staff is quick, but can't actually fix anything
