This was my first apartment and I lived here for a year. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. I was pleased with the location. It's close to everything without being right in the middle of it. It's very quiet except for the ballpark. The upkeep and maintence is awful. My AC froze up twice in one summer. They do not do the regular maintence that good apartments should.

King Properties, are absolutely the most hideous people I have ever had to deal with. My credit rating is excellent, I have never, ever knowingly missed paying a bill in 34 years of adult life, but King Properties treated me like I was a criminal. They said they have to treat eveyone the same. Why would you want to treat a good tenant the same as a bad one??? That's not even good business. King Properties has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service, the manager refused to speak to me directly. Since my apartment was burglarized there were some issues at my bank, and although my rent check was received by King Properties a week before it was due, they did not inform me until a week AFTER it was due, that there was a problem. The eliminated the opportunity for me to correct the problem in a timely manner.
