I have lived at the Village at Horsepen for two years now and I absolutely love it. It is definitely affordable for two roommates except one of the the bedrooms is fairly small but we made it work. The maintenance and leasing office are always on top of things. We had different items in our place break and they are there so quick to fix it. The only huge issue we had was with our neighbors but that could happen anywhere. Good place to live. I highly recommend it!
