The walls are extremely thin. I hear my neighbors' TV all the time. Even though it's a one-bedroom 500 square foot apartment, there seems to be 4 or 5 people living over there. They are constantly yelling and making a lot of noise. But even when they are not yelling, I can hear their normal conversations. Other than that, this place is alright (at least the section where I'm living). Other sections of the neighborhood look more run down and not as nice/safe.
