I've lived here since June of 2008 and I'm very happy - I love the location (pretty central between short pump and downtown and it's right off of Broad), the staff are always friendly, helpful, and communicative, I never hear my neighbors, and I feel very safe in the community. The only set back is that the townhomes are not that large and I can feel 'cramped' at times, but it's fine for where I'm at in my life, and the benefits far outweigh the space issue.
