My Nightmare on Gloryvine

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have never been unhappier. I feel that being charged $182 for one window when we were previously charged $110 for 2 is ludicrious. I also feel that arguing with a child about their age and accusing them of something they didn't do is wrong. I have found that the staff plays favorites and my kids are unhappy and tormented by other tenants kids and have had to be basically locked in their home for fear of being blamed for something they did not do. I also am very unhappy with how the neighbors can blast their music at any hour of the day with no common courtesy to their fellow tenants is wrong. Not everyone works the same schedules. I have stuck my neck out for fellow tenants only to be stabbed in the back but yet I would gladly do it again. Am I perfect not by any means but I try to comply when asked and I try to think of others. I have never been unhappier or felt more unsafe than I do here. I was nice when I first moved in but then the staff changed over and it has been all down hill ever since. There is no common courtesy nor decency and there is way to much favortism here. Some people get away with all kinds of stuff when others get written up for putting trash on the ground when the trash cans are all full and there is no where else to put it. It seems that certain rules only apply to certain people and then some people don't have to follow any rules at all. I spend all my time at work but when I come home I would like to enjoy some serenity not listen to the bass of my neighbors radio, stereo or tv or what ever it is. I try to be a good neighbor but how am I supposed to when my pleas for help go unanswered. You have to throw a fit call the police and then write a letter to corporate to get any help here. This is not the place for me and I definitly cannot wait until we can get a home and move. You don't get enough for what you pay. I have lived all over the world and this is by far the unhappiest I have ever been. I am sorry but I felt that my voice no matter how insignificant needed to be heard. Thank you.
