Have lived here for almost 4 years and seen the apartments go downhill, the management become rules happy and the maintenance staff become lax in their interest to help.

Took 3 months to get appliance repaired (4 trips by maintence) and after a recent windy eveing, it has taken over 2 weeks to repair the gutter hanging off the building by a thread. A parking area light fell over and was still lit while laying on the dry grass and it took 4 hours for the "emergency" maintenance person to show because he lived out of town!! According to their website (newly updated) they have all sorts on Resident incentives...but who told the current residents that these things were available'' NO ONE. Office staff is plesant but not overly interested in helping you out.
