I've been a resident here for several years now, and I have to say this is one gorgeous place! The grounds are kept fairly well clean, and the staff in the office are superior! They will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you with any issues you may face. During the summer, they upgraded to digital cable, although a few snags were identified, the girls often stayed late nights, and went to resident's apartments to help set it up. It's a friendly community, I once witnessed a resident's dog getting loose and not only did the girls in the office get on their golf cart and ride towards the dog, several residents who were "out and about" also stopped their cars and assisted.

The residents in that community treat you like family. The Vinings constantly has resident events and functions for their residents and they are also "kid-friendly." They have a resident appreciation week and during the summer the staff patiently waited at 6 a.m. in the morning and handed out juice and pastries as the cars were exiting the community.

The maintenance staff is on top of things, and often resolve your issues "same day." They have a maintenance guarantee, and if they don't show up by 3pm that same day, they will credit your account $25 as a courtesy. The best thing about this community is that they are easily accessible to all the major highways within minutes and seconds, but at the same time, you don't get the commuter traffic because they are very secluded. Often I'll stand outside and hear NOTHING.

It really, really is a wonderful community, the best in Chesterfield!

Sounds like apartment staff to me. Perhaps that is why they are consistantly raving about the "staff" being so wonderful and not mentioning anything else about the apartment, especially one day after the negative comment below. Gotta learn how to run an apartment complex, ya know? Anyway, the bad staff far outweighs a few good apples!~

I agree with the above comments, sounds exactly like the staff to me as a matter of fact I was told the same "dog story" when I toured their apartments. After I moved in all that sappy sweet was over.
