I have never experienced such an unprofessional apartment management team in my entire life. They make you feel as if you are bothering them when you go to them with a problem, and they will blow you off in a minute. This has been a nightmare. A tenant is not allowed to use a cable company of choice, but rather who they have a contract with. I have went without water for consecutive days, which is totally unacceptable. Work orders are not being done on the same day as they advertise, and I have never gotten anything taken off my rent as they state when you move in. Too many stray animals, that scare my family when we enter our stairwell, and residents continue to feed them, and guess what, they keep coming back. No use in complaining, because management always finds a way to fault you. I will not remain past my first lease. Looking now to move and will give my 60 day notice!!!!
