So, basically I went in on June 1st to pay my rent and come to find out, the entire staff had quit, however, the "redhead" who claims to be the regional property manager is telling everyone that she's "cleaning house" and that she had asked the former property manager to leave which is a lie. The NEW property manager is going to straighten things out she said. I'm sorry...however, I was not aware that anything HAD to be straightened out. I was completely happy with the previous staff. I know most of them got better jobs, so good for them! I think something is going on with this management company, they are screwed up, inconsiderate, arrogant, and uncaring to the residents. Word to the wise, DON'T take cash into the office AT ALL particularly since hiring a new property manager...I did my research. They do NOTHING to retain their tenants, never offer specials, raise rents every flipping year at a rate of approximately $30 to $80 per increase!!!!!

I hear there's a new law out which states apartment complexes can't demand that resident use specific cable. I hope this management company will abide by that law particularly because they demand you can only get Dish Network and it costs 3 times the cost of going directly through Dish Network. But them claim they cannot remove cable from your lease at all until it's time to renew.

There is an economic crisis going on right now, YOU PEOPLE NEED TO DO WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE IS DOING, OFFER SPECIALS TO KEEP YOUR RESIDENTS!!! God, no wonder everybody else is leaving this place, the children run all over the place, no parental supervision, kids are stealing bikes, people are smoking weed in the parking lots, the cops drive through every single day, and it's getting down right "ghetto!!!"

Leave while you can or you might get shot or robbed!!!!!

If she is the same redhead one from Trophy club, it will only get worse here just like Enclaves.
