I have been living there for one year and a half and it seemed like heaven at the beginning. but then for no apparent reason the management started looking for ways to raise our rent- small things that were promised to us -but were not written down started coming out. all of a sudden we were forced to pay for "lake view"- which we were told was not part of our rent- and then Water bill -which was also promised to be taken care of - we have to pay. our washer dryer also seemed to be on the fritz but it was too much of a hassle trying to get them to come fix it. we also moved out 1 1/2 month before our contract was up. I had their management cleared us out of our apt -hoping that they might find someone to fill the space so we wont have to pay the last month's rent - of course I didnt count on it. 2 months later- not only don't I have my safety deposit back- Management had the nerve to call us and demand rent for the last month that we had paid for and had the proof of!!! they even sent our records to collection!!! they are extremely slow to process anything for you but if they think you owe them money - they will get you the moment they find out!!!
