Be careful getting lured in with great concessions. The apartments will stick it to you on the way out. They do not at all work with you in negotiating lease agreements and want you to reimburse them for any concessions going in - trapped!!! Also, you will be billed water charges for the entire remainder of the lease even though you have not used any water (should be minimal flat rate - NOT!). Calls are returned by office.
