They give pretty good deals to just move you in. They will make sure that to get every penny back from you. Aweful community with Trash being 1/3 a mile from apartment. Very poor managment. Managment is very money driven, they do not want to maintain any relationship with their residents. Money is their first take. Rest is afterwards.

I have been living in Richmond for last 4 years. I have not seen any community worst than this one in this area. If you are looking for peace of mind, DO NOT GO TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.

I wish I'd read this before I moved in. You are so dead on. This makes me feel better about the charges I incurred. I should have known better.
