Bad plumbing - My upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed 4x in one year and the apt. complex did not upgrade the toilet, did not clean the vents where the dirty water spilled down to my floor, and did not clean the carpets where the water flooded. Not only GROSS, but should be labeled "misconduct of biohazardous materials".

Bad management - not only did nobody apologize for the toilet flooding into my apartment, they did not even offer any alternate accomodations for me and my daughter while the carpets were drying and the padding was replaced, which took 4 days. And I had to repeatedly call and request the property manager to clean up the "spoiled" carpet padding that they had left on my back porch and to clean up the dirty toilet water off of my bathroom floor after it had spilled down from my ceiling vent from my upstairs neighbor's bathroom.

Full of bugs (inside & out) - this apt. complex does not spray enough (or at all) for bug maintenance. Constant spiders and centipedes, no matter how much you clean.

I agree totally, and wish something would be done about all this already.
