I have lived here for over two years and in my most recent year lease, the apartment has just been falling apart and everyday I have to call about something. They send the maintenance people right away but never seem to fix the problem until the third or fourth time that you call them. You never can speak to the manager, she is like a mystery person who makes all the rules but doesnt show her face. I will be moving out ASAP!

Hey guys.I am looking to move to Richmond from Orlando florida and was looking at these apartments,,Good thing i found your reviews before i signed a lease,,,!!!Can you tell me who owns these apartment community or manages it?I am curious so i stay away from there other apartment communties,if they have any more,When people complain the manager hides,,Thats a red flag that they get a lot of complains and may have big time issues,,THE RENT looks expensive here too for not having new applicances,,,.If the apartments do not have a budget for applicances and maintenance and repairs to keep the place looking nice and are cheaaaap,,,,scapes,,I dont want to live there espeically with mixed matched old applicances,This sounds like a company either called amico or weinstien properties,,,Would someone email me and let me know?,If it's own by weinstien,,,I would be really shocked,,,Aimcco , surprised to,,They are getting better,,at least in florida,,,WHAT are your electric bills running a month on average may i ask?Is that regular old tile i see on the kitchen and bath room floors?
