This place is great when you are a new tenant. Friendly staff, nice enough facilities. After the first year, the mood changes drastically and it becomes very hostile and arrogant. Staff is rude and condescending when speaking with you. Multiple leaks in apartment (not our doing) are minimally addressed and not very quickly. Every chance they get to "notice" you is taken to the max. It's almost as if they are looking to instigate something so they can get you to leave.
Overall, I would not recommend anyone move here or, if you do, stay only 1 year and no more.
