After several attempts to get them to fix our bathtub leak, it was never fully fixed until our ceiling started to fall and I threatend to call the health dept. This place is not a good enviroment for small children, the older kids are always getting cops called on them for various reasons. I have seen several fights break out amoung the adults here. The pool has ---- lifeguards who sit around and make out with the girlfriends and swim with their friends. This is my 3rd summer here and have never been asked for a pool pass, do you know how many people have come in for free. Not to mention every year the kids under 12 are allowed to swim unsupervised even the rules state otherwise. There is a 5 year old kid that doesn't even know how to swim and is allowed at the pool without his parents. If something happend to thse kids no one would know how to contact the parents.

At one point in time there was gang activity. I don't know about now. I know this for a fact b/c my car was vandalized by this gang. They spray painted their logo IMV on my car, stole the hubcaps and scratched the N word in on my car. To the best of my knowledge, the police found them. I know there were 4 cars other than mine in this neighborhood that were also vandalizesd the same way. But like I said, I'm not at all positive that they are still in the area.

Along the lines of gangs, I personally have witnessed atleast 1 of the maintence men selling old dishwashers, washing machines, etc. I saw him load up in his truck and saw him at the flea market that weekend!!!!!!!

The office staff seems to be undertrained and while the maintence men are very nice, I'm not fully conviced they know what they are doing all the time.

The pet policy is not enforced. The policy has breed resrictions and can I tell you how may pits live around here, and some of them not friendly and growl and the kids, too dangerous.

I would NEVER recommend anyone live here. I happen to know that this place has not had an inspection for atleast 2 years, probably b/c they know they wouldn't pass. There are rumors going around that they owner might be selling within the next couple of years and the place might get torn down.

I would recommend living here to anyone. It seems like this person has nothing better to do with there time. Get a job or something!! The office staff is new and still getting to know everthing that is going on give them a break! I am always asked for my pool pass and have never seen a pit. This place was just bought a couple of years ago it's not getting torn down there acting like this place is condemned give me a break! Crazy ass people dont know what they are talking about. Don't take my word for it stop by and take a look and see for yourself.
