our 1st floor unit was flooded by the people upstairs- they get new carpet and we get crap- water stained walls, smelly wet carpet, there big noisy feet all day and night, teenage office staff who dont know what they are doing. NO PARKING- old junk cars left for over 6 mths, boats being parked here and people using the lot to park company vehicles (there own) while we have to park out on the street and walk late at nite. To many break ins and cars vandalized lately. Gang activity and oh yeah if you are an illegal immigrant just come live here with your friends cause they dont care. The pool- bring the whole family for free since they dont ID the tenants going in and kids go in without parental supervision. We cant wait to get the end of our current lease and get the heck out of here. out of date bathrooms that need some TLC

I also live here as well. I have lived here since March10,2006.I have no issues other then other residents who seem to make it their buisness to "mind" other people buisness(writting down plate numbers at night).I too had a situation where my washer machine(sensor) went bad and it over flowed,I ran down stairs to tell my neighbors but no one answered(neighborly thing to do).I called the office,they promptly took care of the situation.It wasn't my fault or the office's fault,it just happened.I didn't get new carpet,they cut the carpet and pulled all the padding out and I listen to 2 high power fans for 4 days untill it was dry.They replaced the padden and put back down my old carpet.As for the parking,yes it is bad at times but it is only bad at night(after hours)and in clears up in the morning.If those same resdident's who have more then one car would park their 2nd vehichle where they are surposed too,it states clearly in your lease you can only have 1 car near your building.Some of us who only have 1 car could get a fair shot at parking.As far as "noisy feet" go,get over it,you share a common ground with 8 other families.( the apartments are older,so walls are thin and I have some week spot's in my floor)Everyone lives differently,we are at a disadvantage because we live upstairs(how would you feel if you lived upstairs)My husband and I both work,I work swing shift some weeks,it's 3 am or 5 am or 1 pm(so yes,i am up early mornings).My husband works night shift so he sleeps during the day,we listen to dogs barking,doors slaming,people talking in the hallway,the mailman.Other resident's coming home with their children.Living in a complex like this,the way it is set up it just comes with the territory.They office staff is all new,give them a break.The pool isn't a issues for me,my girls are older but I blame the parent, not the office or the lifeguards,they are not babysitters,come on people you have to take responsibilty for your kids not the office or life guards.As far as the break ins go,their are 9 other apartments complexes within 100 to 150 feet of us,what's to say they aren't comming from those apartments??You can only hold the office responsible for things they can control.The "illegal immigrants" last time I check they could live where ever they wanted to,who are we to say who is here legally or not????We don't now that,"assumption" can get you in some real trouble,so becarefull.Oh this is great,GANG ACTIVITY" sure,get real people there is no such thing going on here.Also,those who like to throw"stones" about car's being parked with bad inspection's sticker's or bad tag's ,their car too was illegally parked for more them 30 day's.Practice what we preach.

There is no gang activity over here. This person must be a little off . This apartment is ok and to be honest you get what you pay for. This is one of the cheapest apartments in this area. The maintenance staff is actually a pleasant surprise for me. Whenever I have had a problem they come right away. I don't believe the story about the flooded apartment because that could cause mold and mold is toxic. The honest truth is this apartment is not the best, but no bad. It is worth exactly what you pay for it.

well if you have no problems and you are not the gastly family who lived above us be honest and say who you are, why are you affraid to say who you are on each the anonymous replies I know it is you. And as for the illegal immigrants, yes they were illegal when they were detained by INS for no documention and some deported you get your facts straight, My husband is a police officer and yes there is heavy gang and drug activity in the complex, you were given a upgrade to a town house in exchange for being the busy body checking plates at night and being a stool pigion to the office on other people. Your family is rude and just plain old nasty. Teach your daughters some respect for others and themselves, and lose some of the ton of weight and maybe we could'nt heard every step you ever made thudding across the floor. as for my spelling, we'll I have a 3.6 GPA and spelling has never been my strong point, but math, science and honesty have been. I am not affraid to say who I am.
