I think this apt complex is ok. Both the inside and outside needs lots of TLC but for this area, school district and the price you cant beat it! The residents are very nice and I havent seen any crime or gang problems. As far as the office staff, I haven't had much contact with them but they seem very friendly. I have never had any complaints or issues but maintenance sells stolen property. Let me remind you, these are the people that have keys to EVERY single apartment! When your booted out due to lack of payments or when your moving out I suggest you take everything you have in one load or it will be gone. Selling stolen property is just one step above stealing items from residents apartments to get money for it!
