I have lived at the Westbury for two years now in a two bed two bath apt. on second floor. I have to admit I am in the best building location wise but the apt itself is crap!!!! I don't even have a bathtub in my master bedroom. The noise is a big problem, because they tried to sell theses about a year ago as condos and failed miserably, they have been leasing to ANYONE just to try to get thier resident numbers up. I don't even know where to start about the managment. They are shady, rude, and extreamely unprofessional. Three days in a row I woke up to start getting ready for work and I couldn't flush my toilet or take a shower because they had hired a company to fix a water valve but NEVER bothered to put a notice on anyones door alerting them that they would not have water ALL DAY!!!! I went to the office to complian and they just said they were sorry but offered NO remidy of the situation. The next day i woke up, wouldn't you know NO WATER AGAIN and the next day, still NO NOTICE!!! They also tried to get me to sign a new lease for more money two months before my lease was due to be up. You'll regret moving here it is so not worth the money for what you get. I've been looking for a few weeks now and I can assure you there is much better than the WESTBURY MOVE ON!!!!!
